Parmesan roasted chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 75 gram Parmesan cheese, grated
- The leaves of 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes (we used Aleppo chilli)
Story
Preheat the oven on 200 degrees C. Prepare all the ingredients. When done, mix the chickpeas with the garlic, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, rosemary & a pinch of chilli flakes. Place on a baking tray covered with a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes until golden (stir occasionally).
