For a 2 person side dish:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. First make the marinade. In a blender or food processor, add the olive oil, sunflower oil, garlic & the rosemary. If blended well, cut the sweet potatoes into the size you like your fries, and place them on a baking sheet on a baking tray. Place them on their skin and leave some space between the fries. Then cover the fries with the rosemary/garlic oil, add some sea salt & freshly cracked pepper and place in the oven until golden brown (this will take about 15 minutes or longer). Enjoy!
