For 15 small bars:

Start prepping all the ingredients.

If you roast the nuts and seeds at home (recommended), preheat your oven to 160 degrees C. Roast them until golden brown and let them cool off completely.

In a small saucepan, heat up the nut butter with the maple syrup on low fire.

In another bowl, mix all the seeds and nuts with the pitted dates, the melted coconut oil, hemp seeds, goji berries, apricots and cranberries. It’s best to mix this with your hands. Pour in the warm (but not hot) nut butter/maple mixture and mix again.

Line an oven tray with a baking sheet and place the mixture in it. Press firmly into the form and place in the fridge for at least 1,5 hours. When ready, cut the mixture into the shapes of your preference!
