For 4 corns:

Place the corns in a grill pan and grill them for a couple of minutes (until they have grill marks). Start making the lime-mayonnaise sauce; in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the zest and juice of 1/2 a lime and mix.

On another flat plate, place the grated Parmesan cheese. When the corns are ready, cover them in the lime mayonnaise, roll them in the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it with chilli powder.
