It’s hard to pinpoint exactly when – maybe it was the moment people started parking whole burgers on top of their Bloody Marys – but soon we’re going to have to face the fact poached eggs and pancakes don’t actually have any mythical powers. So what will be the new brunch? Answer: midnight feasts.
